Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work: This agreement between Paws Pixel Pte. Ltd. and client ("Bill To") outlines the services to be provided as detailed in the invoice description.

2. Payment Terms: All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoice will service as receipt for services rendered.

   • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the photography/filming date. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice amount.

   • Balance: The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the photography/filming event or session date. 

   • Late Payment: Payments received after the due date may incur a late fee amount of 10% from package.

3. Payment Method: Cash / Paynow to UEN 202310530H

4. Cancellation Policy: 

   • If a cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase, a refund will be provided.

   • However, if the cancellation takes place after 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be provided, and the deposit is considered non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling: The client may reschedule the event or session once, subject to availability, with at least 3 days' notice. 

  Any subsequent rescheduling may incur additional fees. 

6. Additional charges: $30 will be incurred for the following location: Sentosa / Marina Bay Sands / Jurong Island 

7. Liability: Paws Pixel Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforseen circumstances or causes beyond their control, including

  but not limited to acts of nature, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, every effort to arrange a substitute or offer a rescheduled date.

8. Validity of packages: 6 months from issuance date. 

9. Client Satisfaction: The client's satisfaction is paramount. Any concerns with the delivered images must be communicated to Paws Pixel 

  within 7 days of receipt for resolution.

10. Client's Indemnity: The Client agrees to fully indemnify the Studio for any loss or damage to the Studio's fixtures, fittings, equipment, or property that occurs as a result of actions by the Client or anyone accompanying the Client during the Shoot.

11. Permissions: For photos or videos taken during event or shoots to be used for marketing purposes.

12. Agreement: By paying the invoice, the client agrees to those terms and conditions.

13. Miscellany: This Terms and Conditions document encompasses the complete understanding of all parties involved. Any modifications will be documented and communicated within this agreement. A waiver of any breach or default under this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, whether of the same provision or any other provision. All terms and conditions will be considered accepted by the Client and binding upon the execution of the Shoot, even if the Client does not sign an Agreement prior to the Shoot. Any disputes or changes must be addressed through signed amendments before the commencement of the Shoot.
